The student portal is a one-stop portal which caters to 360 degree learning needs of the student. The portal allows student to access the Learning Management System, News & Announcements and Issue Resolution System. After logging in, the student can view complete details regarding the course enrolled for and the status of learning completed in each subject.
All notifications that are sent by the University to the student since the date of admission can be centrally accessed in the portal.
Students can raise tickets and the concerned department will contact the student to solve the issue. The tickets can be raised in regards to technology issues, academic issues, administrative issues or other issues related to the ICT Enabled program (only when opted by student). Through this mechanism, both the student and IDL will have an understanding of service provided and study center can take necessary steps to improve student's learning experience.
All IDL students will get access to a basic version of the student portal where tickets can be raised and University notifications can be viewed. The complete access will be available for students who opt for ICT services (for select programmes only).
